Although you have been nominated, you will not be eligible to play if you do not register by the deadline (April 17, 2026). Please use the registration form. If you have any questions, please refer to our FAQ pages listed in the sidebar or you can contact us here.
All players must submit a complete form with photo. These photos will be used in a professionally printed publication next to your sponsor’s ad. Please submit a professional and appropriate picture. Any pictures deemed inappropriate or too low quality will not be used in the publication.
***Player participants are required to sell or pay for a $300 player sponsor ad. If you have a corporate sponsor, have them submit there materials using the below form.***
Keep in mind that you must have a digital photograph ready to upload when you fill out your registration form.
